"It was such a pleasure to work with Nicolette in the sale of our house. She was knowledgeable, experienced, easy to work with, and kept us well informed every step of the way. Her stunning photographs made our home look bright and spacious. She was always thorough when it came to discussing & explaining our options. She gave us detailed market updates every two weeks. And her negotiating skills made us glad that she was on our side on more than one occasion. When our vacant house didn't sell in the winter, as soon as spring began, she did a cleaning and took all new pictures to give the listing a fresh new look. This was instrumental in bringing in more offers. She would also prepare the house before each showing, turning on lights, opening curtains to let in natural light, adjusting the temperature if needed, and then return afterwards to shut everything off again. "I was recommended Nicolette by friends and their families, who used her for multiple real estate transactions. She is a very personable agent who specializes in senior housing real estate. She spends the time explaining the process of selling a house, and advises on what would help a sale. With her help, then our hard work to get a dated, but great layout of a house ready for sale was the hard part. The easy part was working with Nicolette. After finally getting the house ready to be put on the market, she was always there to answer our questions. She respected our decisions on starting sales price, and guided us on two price reductions. Nicolette had the experience of selling homes where the owners lived abroad, so we felt very comfortable with her, and she was able to help us step by step.
